Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that during high-volume periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer—but rest assured, we’ll do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible.

Packaging and Handling
We take great care in packing each order to ensure that your items arrive in excellent condition. All products are securely wrapped and cushioned to minimize any risk of damage during transit.

Delivery and Third-Party Couriers
Once your order is handed over to our third-party courier partners, it is beyond our direct control. While we cannot be held liable for any damage that may occur during delivery, we assure you that we do everything we can to reduce this risk through proper and secure packaging.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives with visible damage, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the item. Kindly provide photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can coordinate with our courier partners and assist you with a resolution.
